Но меня посадили, и скрещивание приняло новые, более угрожающие масштабы, в которых погрязли не только заводчики, но и главный узурпатор власти и самозванец в коневодстве…”.

Кяризов
Гельды Кяризов (род. 1951 ~ Туркменская Советская Социалистическая Республика) – всемирно известный заводчик ахалтекинских лошадей, бывший министр по делам лошадей при правительстве Туркменистана (Правительственное объединение “Туркмен атлары”).[1][2]
В 2002 году Кяризов был арестован администрацией Сапармурата Ниязова по обвинению в злоупотреблении служебным положением и халатности; этот процесс был признан международным сообществом необоснованным и политически мотивированным.[3][14] Кяризов был приговорен к шести годам лишения свободы. Освобожденный в 2007 году, Кяризов покинул Туркменистан в 2015 году и в настоящее время проживает в изгнании, в Праге, Чешская Республика. [4][5][6]
В 2024 году, после многолетних судебных тяжб с Туркменистаном, в июле 2024 года Комитет ООН по правам человека вынес знаковое решение, признав грубые нарушения его прав со стороны государства Туркменистан[7][8][9][15][21].
Будучи давним защитником ахалтекинцев, Кяризов сыграл важную роль в возрождении их судьбы после распада Советского Союза в 1991 году и обретения Туркменистаном независимости. Признав его роль, тогдашний президент Туркменистана Сапармурат Ниязов пригласил Кяризова войти в состав своего правительства в качестве министра ханства (1997-2002); впоследствии он был преобразован в Государственное агентство “Туркмен атлары”.[01][04]
Задавшись целью создать ахалтекинскую племенную книгу с помощью анализа ДНК, Кяризов обнаружил, что в ахалтекинскую породу была введена кровь тореро, особенно в целях скачек. Решение Кяризова обнародовать эту информацию было воспринято как угроза коневодческому бизнесу, который получал прибыль от скрещивания, и привело к тому, что он потерял расположение правительства Ниязова[12].
В январе 2002 года Кяризов был арестован Министерством национальной безопасности (МНБ). Приговоренный к шести годам лишения свободы в апреле 2002 года, в августе 2006 года Кяризов был переведен в тюрьму строгого режима (Овадан-депе). Жалобы Кяризова на незаконное заключение и перевод остались без ответа. Начальник тюрьмы заявил Кяризову, что он не имеет права жаловаться, не имеет имени и фамилии, и с этого момента он стал известен как “№ 3”. Кяризов был освобожден в 2007 году преемником Ниязова Гурбангулы Бердымухамедовым.[01][04]
После освобождения Кяризов и члены его семьи находились под постоянным наблюдением, его телефон прослушивался, а корреспонденция подвергалась цензуре. Имущество Кяризова было конфисковано, а его лошади отправлены на президентский конный завод. Не имея права покидать Туркменистан[16] и будучи исключенным из сообщества коневодов, Кяризов провел последующие годы в борьбе с туркменским государством за возвращение имущества[01][04][19].
После освобождения здоровье Кяризова оставалось очень плохим, ему требовалась срочная помощь специалиста, но выезд из страны был запрещен. 14 сентября 2015 года его дочери Софии и невестке было отказано в разрешении на выезд. Благодаря международному давлению власти пошли на уступки через шесть дней, и 20 сентября 2015 года его дочь и невестка присоединились к своей семье в Москве[19][20].
В 2015 году Кяризов и его семья переехали в Российскую Федерацию, а в апреле 2016 года – в Чехию, где им был предоставлен статус беженца[8].
В 2015 году Кяризов стал членом Королевского географического общества и членом Гильдии наездников, международной ассоциации конных исследователей, базирующейся в Цюрихе, Швейцария[25].
В 2017 году Кяризов, его жена Юлия Серебрянник и невестка Диана Серебрянник учредили организацию “Права и свободы граждан Туркменистана”. Цель РФТК – добиться соблюдения прав и свобод граждан Туркменистана. РФТК является членом Boost, региональной акселерационной программы для инноваторов социального воздействия в Европе и Центральной Азии. Boost является программой развития ООН[27].
9 июля 2024 года Комитет ООН по правам человека вынес решение по делу “Гельды Кяризов против государства Туркменистан” (CCPR/C/141/D/3097/2018). Жалоба была подана в ответ на вопиющие нарушения прав человека Кяризова, включая незаконное содержание под стражей, пытки и конфискацию его имущества. После тщательного рассмотрения Комитет пришел к выводу, что Туркменистан обязан выплатить Кяризову полную компенсацию. Кяризову было присуждено 7 000 000 000 долларов США. Туркменистан до сих пор не возместил ущерб[21].

В 1988 году Кяризов проехал на ахалтекинце из Ашхабада в Москву, расстояние более 4000 километров (включая 370 км по засушливой пустыне Каракумы) за два месяца, что на 24 дня меньше предыдущего рекорда, установленного в 1935 году.[10] В обоих случаях целью было обратить внимание советских властей на упадок породы и продемонстрировать ее исключительную выносливость.[4][11][12][13]

Янардаг (туркм. Ýanardag/Янардаг “Огненная гора”) – ахалтекинский жеребец, жеребившийся на конном заводе Кяризова в 1991 году, в год провозглашения независимости Туркменистана от Советского Союза. Янардаг изображен в центре герба Туркменистана. Названный в 1999 году чемпионом мира Ахал-Теком, Янардаг впоследствии был приобретен Сапармуратом Ниязовым.[6][14] В октябре 2013 года Туркменистан объявил о намерении создать памятник в честь любимого коня Ниязова. Золотой памятник Янардагу был открыт в 2014 году в Ашхабаде. [23][24]

Исследование, опубликованное в июне 2024 года в Многопрофильном институте цифровой публикации (CH) и Национальном центре биотехнологической информации (США), подтверждает результаты предыдущих исследований, свидетельствующие о генеалогии, которая может насчитывать 3 000 лет.
Авторы исследования проанализировали ДНК останков лошадей, найденных в гробницах Шихуяо(44,09° северной широты, 86,05° восточной долготы). Они были обнаружены в период правления династий Хань и Тан в Синьцзяне (Китай) (примерно 2200-1100 лет назад). Два высококачественных митохондриальных генома были получены и проанализированы с помощью секвенирования следующего поколения.
Между лошадью династии Тан и ахалтекинцами было обнаружено близкое генетическое родство по гаплотипу G1 первобытной лошади. Исторические данные свидетельствуют о том, что древний Шелковый путь сыграл важную роль в их распространении. Кроме того, была изучена матрилинейная история ахалтекинской лошади, что позволило предположить, что раннее одомашнивание этой породы было связано с военными целями.
Исследование представляет собой первую идентификацию исходной нуклеотидной позиции ахалтекинцев у древних лошадей из Китая. Также был обнаружен возможный маршрут распространения материнских линий ахалтекинцев, что подтверждается историей обширной торговли и культурных обменов вдоль Шелкового пути. Это позволяет предположить, что спрос на военных лошадей сыграл важную роль в раннем одомашнивании ахалтекинцев в данном конкретном историческом контексте.

Попугай финского посла..
В 1993 году Ниязов подарил тогдашнему премьер-министру Великобритании Джону Мейджору ахалтекинца по кличке Максат. Британский дипломат из московского посольства был отправлен для организации карантина. После многочасовой задержки дипломат обратился к администратору от имени “бедных туркменских лошадей”, которые “простояли в железнодорожном вагоне четыре с половиной дня”, получив в ответ… “печальную историю о попугае финского посла”, судьба которого так и осталась неизвестной[17][18].
